What Technologies Has Guide Infrared Brought?

11-03-2025

On March 11, 2025, the LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA 2025 grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Guide Infrared made a splendid appearance with products and solutions covering various application fields such as the power industry, industrial manufacturing, environmental protection, security monitoring, outdoor sports, and smart driving. With leading technological strength and robust, high-performance products, Guide Infrared presented an exciting exhibition of infrared technology to the audience.

Uncooled & cooled infrared technology

Guide Infrared has always been committed to the research and development of core infrared technologies and innovative breakthroughs, adhering to the dual focus on both cooled and uncooled technologies.

The MAC1210G exhibited this time is a mid-wave high-temperature cooled infrared detector. With a resolution of 1280x1024 and a pixel size of 10μm, it matches shorter focal length optical lenses to achieve the same detection distance. The HOT technology significantly optimizes SWaP, with dimensions of 101x101x54mm, a weight of 570g, and a cooling time reduced to 6 minutes. It is easy to develop and supports various digital video interfaces, widely used in compact long-distance detection scenarios.

The uncooled infrared core FLEX ultra-compact series combines imaging and temperature measurement functions, with various SDK solutions available for system integration and iterative development, mainly suitable for lightweight system integration applications with requirements for volume, weight, and power consumption. The ECONA series of micro infrared modules targets emerging consumer electronics markets such as non-contact temperature measurement, medical epidemic prevention, smart hardware, and AIoT. The MID series provides cost-effective temperature measurement and imaging solutions, quickly outputting clear and sharp infrared images and high-precision temperature measurement results, widely applicable to various infrared application needs.

Infrared empowering in the industrial sector

In the industrial era, temperature is a crucial parameter in industrial control. Faced with numerous devices to be inspected, traditional inspection methods often require various professional instruments. Guide Infrared's FA series infrared acoustic imaging camera deeply integrates acoustic and thermal imaging technologies, equipped with 128 high-precision microphone arrays and a 640×512 high-resolution infrared detector, enabling simultaneous precise detection of partial discharge and gas leakage and rapid identification of temperature anomalies. It provides efficient and comprehensive inspection solutions for industries such as power, manufacturing, and petrochemicals.

The PC and PF series temperature measurement tools are compact, accurate, and efficient, serving as powerful assistants in the industrial inspection field; the PT and PV series instruments offer excellent performance and powerful functions, meeting the needs for high-precision infrared thermal imaging in fields such as power, scientific research, and gas leak detection.

Pocket night vision device for outdoors

The TE series monocular handheld infrared telescope attracted a continuous stream of visitors. This infrared telescope features a compact body, equipped with a 256×192 infrared detector and a 10mm lens, capable of easily detecting targets 500 meters away. Especially when paired with a 1.43-inch AMOLED full-color touch screen, users can observe without pressing their eyes close to the eyepiece, reducing eye fatigue.

MobIR also attracted many visitors to stop and experience, plugging it in instantly turns a smartphone into a thermal imager, enabling real-time temperature measurement, night vision, photography, and video recording through an app, truly bringing infrared thermal imaging technology into the homes of ordinary people.

Guardian of safety in intelligent driving

With the rapid popularization of smart driving technology, building a solid safety line is crucial. Infrared sensing technology compensates for the shortcomings of traditional sensing solutions, becoming a key component of safe travel. The Night Eagle H10 is Guide Infrared's aftermarket automotive auxiliary driving product for end-users. With a 384×288 resolution, the industry's first 1080P HDR visible light and infrared combination, and a maximum infrared detection distance of 350 meters, it can clearly identify pedestrians, vehicles, animals, etc., even in pitch-dark nights. It is compact, plug-and-play, and provides all-weather protection for user travel safety.

In the field of smart driving, Guide Infrared covers a range of needs from entry-level to high-end, applicable to passenger cars, commercial vehicles, special vehicles, and unmanned vehicles. Related products have been applied to mass-produced models of leading car manufacturers such as Dongfeng, GAC, and Geely.

In recent years, Guide Infrared has accelerated the promotion of intelligent sensing and artificial intelligence technologies centered on infrared thermal imaging in innovative scenarios such as urban governance, industrial empowerment, and life services. Relying on the full-stack capability of infrared thermal imaging from chips to devices to systems, Guide Infrared has built a full-spectrum, full-sensing, full-intelligence, and all-weather integrated air-space-ground perception system, creating an integrated air-space-ground platform and data element platform.

This system is widely used in smart cities, public security, transportation, emergency response, power, water conservancy, natural resources, and other industries, providing end-to-end solutions and intelligent innovative operation services for the digital transformation and upgrading of government and enterprises.
