In-house Fabrication and Mass Production Capability
Guide Infrared covers an area of 30,000 square meters with 20,000 square meters of clean room space settled for its three 8-inch fabrication lines:
8 inch 0.11μm VOx uncooled IR detector;
8 inch 0.5μm MCT cooled IR detector;
8 inch 0.5μm T2SL cooled IR detector;
The innovative team, coupled with state-of-the-art facilities, enables us to carry out key processes like element purification, epitaxy growth, chip fabrication, and vacuum packaging entirely in-house. The annual production capability can be up to millions of detectors.
